Delivery Information

We aim to break even on shipping and packaging, not make money on it, and our shipping prices reflect this.   We don't get the kind of sweetheart shipping deals like Amazon and the big guys get.   Our quoted shipping price comes directly from UPS with $0.50 added to cover the cost of the box, tape, etc.

All items are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted.   Ammunition and flammable items must ship via UPS ground only.

Primed brass is not subject to HAZMAT fees!  Due to a specific exception in the DOT regulations, primed brass is not considered hazardous materials and also not even ORM-D (UN limited qty).  This means it is free to ship without additional fees or any warning stickers on the box.  This means it's an excellent way to get primers without paying extra HAZMAT fees.

Signature is not generally required on delivery.  If you would like to ship signature required, please say so in the order notes when you place the order.

Shipments carry the normal $100 of insurance coverage provided by UPS.  Additional coverage must be requested at the time of the order.  Ballistic tools will not be liable for products stolen or missing after delivery is completed, though we will assist in filing a claim with UPS.

A surcharge may apply to pay for extra shipping services requested by you such as insurance or signature required.

If a package comes back due to customer caused problem (wrong address, failed to pick up at depot, etc), there may be a charge to cover return shipping and reshipping, and/or to cover credit card fees if a refund is requested.  If it was due to a mistake on our end, we'll take care of it as best we can with no cost to you.

Due to various export regulations, many of our products can only be shipped to US addresses, and may be illegal to export without a lot of paperwork.  If you attempt to order an export controlled item such as brass or ammunition with a non-US billing or shipping address, your order will be cancelled and your credit card refunded.

By ordering you are agreeing that the products are for a lawful use within the United States.  You further assert that the products are lawful in the place where you live, and that you are of a legal age to have them.
